Effective immediately, the Colombian Ministry of Foreign Affairs will no longer grant migrant visas to Chilean nationals on the basis of the Mercosur Agreement, although no changes to the immigration regulations have been made to this effect.

The 120 days in which companies must register foreign national employees hired by 9 Oct 2018 should be counted from 8 Nov 2018, so the deadline for companies to register these workers is 9 Mar 2019.
